Visit Sunshine Coast is proud to present The ‘Advancing Women in Business, Advancing Women in Tourism’ program.This workshop will help business women build a resilient and leading-edge business develop a powerful and positive brand provide formidable customer solutions, not just products to define success in their own terms to be confident business savvy women This workshop is for any woman who is seeking to improve and progress her own business or the business she is working in. Join Kayleen Allen, Managing Director of Tourism Gems, a well recognised tourism industry leader and Business Coach for an informative, interactive and inspiring day. Kayleen has over 30 years’ experience in the tourism industry and was also a National and State Judge for the Australian Tourism Awards.


She is delighted to be able to share her knowledge and experience with those interested in taking their business acumen to the next level. As the old saying goes ‘the proof is in the pudding’ – at the recent Queensland Tourism Awards, Kayleen’s clients took out 7 gold and 5 silver awards. “We can all learn from each other.
