If you’re new to the yoga path, if you experience difficulty with breathing smoothly during your yoga practice or your daily life, if you have trouble sleeping or focusing, if you experience any kind of pathology or simply feel that your understanding of the basics of good breathing in your yoga practice could be more indepth, then this workshop will be of great benefit to you. Respiration is the most important component of our constitution, to increase all aspects of health, we must increase the quality of our breathing. No yoga experience is necessary – we will spend some time with simple movements to free the body for better respiration and ensure individual attention for full understanding. Learn good diaphragmatic breathing, breathing techniques to enliven and to calm.

Discover the most important component of your breath and to understand what the different components of the breath mean according to the teachings of Krishnamacharya.
