This one day round table seminar is a practical view of the Modern Slavery Act and the implication for companies operating in Australia. Providing hands on guidance and useful tools, you will be leave the conference with an action plan, confident in knowing how to action the MSA compliance obligations as they apply to your organisations. This seminar will provide a step by step process about how to go about developing a compliance framework to meet the obligations set out in the Act. The MSA applies to companies with turnover of over $50M in NSW, and revenue over $100M with operations in Australia. Companies and organisations with a smaller turnover may elect to comply voluntarily. The approach and content is similar to in-house seminars that we hold for organisations to enable them to action the MSA recommendations.
