Are you nervous to try yin yoga? Sunday 24 February 2019 we are running a free beginners Urban Yin Yoga class for the Mt Hawthorn community.  If you have been wanting to try a bit of Urban Yin Yoga and see if its for you this is your chance. Senior teacher Madelaine Fisher will guide you safely through your first Urban Yin class. Urban Yin Yoga is a very relaxing and restorative form of yoga. One of the most profound ways of finding a sense of stillness and relaxation in this crazy modern world we live in.  This will be a very simple yet effective class. You will be introduced to foundation yin poses and will personally find out whether yin yoga is for you at this stage in your life.  At the end of this class you will: know basic and foundational yin yoga poses  have a proper understanding of how to modify foundation poses for your body develop a mindfulness tool to help you in the demands of everyday life have the confidence to be able to walk into another yin yoga class and know what to do BOOK NOW.

Max 12 places.  Bookings are essential.  What if I am a beginner or have never done yoga before? These classes are suitable for complete beginners. Our teachers are trained to provide releavant cues and modifications for people of all levels in the class.  What do I need to bring? Please wear comfortable clothes you can move around in easily and some water. We will provide you with the yoga mat and any other props for the beginners Urban Yin Yoga class.  Get in quick. Maximum 12 spots in each class.  I already come to Urban Yoga. Can I come to this class? This class is reserved for people who have never tried Urban Yoga before to see if yoga is for them.
