Have you dealt with so much stress for so long it almost feels like the normal way of life? But you know deep down there is a better way to live? Then this event is for you. Have you experienced job loss, relationship breakdown, financial stress, loss of a loved one, injures, health issues or just a general feeling of being lost? Have you felt 'over-emotional' in recent years and unsure how to handle it? This event is definitely for you.

I know how much responsibility you take on for your families, friends and the finances and how much weight that carries for you mentally and emotionally. I understand that sometimes it all gets too much. I also understand when you feel like something is wrong with you but don't know what to do about it or even know who can help or how. And I completely understand that you don't feel comfortable reaching out for help or talking to anyone. There is a long history of stigma as to what 'men' need to be and act like and the feelings, emotions and stress you've experienced does not allow you to follow this stereotype. I am here to teach you how to de-stress and balance your energy. My name is Tammie Irvine and I am here to help. I am a Kinesiologist and I am going to explain to you how stress affects your body, mind and life in general and what you can do to help yourself.

I will walk you through am Energy Balance which will leave you feeling relaxed, light and allow the pain and stresses of your life to leave your body. There is a solution to every problem and I can help you unlock the solutions that all lie within you. You have all the answers, you have the ability to help yourself and you can turn your life around as quick as you like. This event is for every man who would like to learn more about themselves, their bodies, minds, emotions, energy and how they can tap into the health and healing to start living a more enjoyable life.
