Open to members and non-members it is a great opportunity to come together with like minded individuals and be exposed to a new path of Yoga you may not yet have experienced. September - Meditation with Domencia Ciampa We live in a culture of ‘speed’ and meditation is one of the most powerful and direct ways to balance the mind-body. In the state of restful awareness created through meditation, your heart rate and breath slow down, your body decreases the production of “stress” hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline and you increase the production of neurotransmitters that enhance well-being, these hormones are often referred to as the happiness hormones. Join meditation and Yoga teacher Domemica Ciampa for an opportunity to experience and expand the mind-body complex , through passive body movement and meditation.
