Online Booking (casual class) Online Booking (10 class pass) Prepare your body for changes, growth & labour with a gorgeous pregnancy focused class. Focus on opening & relaxing the mind & body in a supportive environment. Balance and stability - to help women to be comfortable with their changing body and center of gravity throughout pregnancy. Breathing techniques - an invaluable asset for centering, for pain management and to counteract anxiety during labor. We focus on 3 styles of yogic breathing tools which help the mother connect with baby, an invaluable tool for parenting. Strength and flexibility - I will work directly with women from the first trimester until the end of the last trimester to give them tools to prepare themselves for labour.

Each pose is chosen to help the mother strengthen and open her body, to alleviate pregnancy related pains. Self-awareness: regular yoga practice gives women a heightened ability to connect with the experience of being pregnant and to bond with their baby. It’s easy to lose that feeling in the stress of everyday life. Take time to connect with your baby, through meditation, breathing techniques and gentle movement. This class allows mothers to adapt to their growing bodies, and prepares them physically & mentally for childbirth. This is a lovely class focusing on self care and awareness. Meet other mum's to be, and be a part of a beautiful community.
