We're HUGE fans of those of you who work in aged care and/or disability support. That's why we’d like to help you to build upon your existing expertise and support you to become a more skilful, capable and valued support worker. We'll equip you to be able to confidently and capably support your older clients living with disability and provide you with the tools to better manage these, including those with behaviours of concern. Our Whole Person Learning Model understands that you are unique and human - not a robot. There's no tests or exams and you'll learn in fun face-to-face workshops (no-online) where you can swap your experiences alongside others. Our combined Aged Care & Disability program will expand your knowledge and skills so that you can feel more secure about the future.

Gaining both qualifications will help you better take advantage of the expanding opportunities that are happening in aged care and with the NDIS roll-out unfolding throughout the Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie Shires. The program is delivered on 1 day every 3 weeks, so that you keep a healthy home/work/study balance and it's easy to roster around. It's OK if you have questions - get in touch David Brown and he will help you with all the answers that you need to help you decide if this program is the 'right one' for you without any pressure to say 'yes'. Call or text David on m: 0499 773 566 or email e: [email protected] There's no tests or exams and successful completion includes CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support + CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability and Skills First Funding* is in place to support you.

Conditions apply. Warner Institute T: 03 9555 9100 warnerinstitute.com.au * Participants must meet funding eligibility criteria. This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. People with disabilities are encouraged to apply. RTO: 26122 ABN: 26 935 546 475
